✅ شروط الإرجاع والتبديل:

نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الغذائية وقابليتها للتلف، لا يُسمح بإرجاع أو تبديل التمور والحلويات بعد استلامها، حفاظًا على الصحة العامة وسلامة الغذاء.

يُسمح بطلب استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ فقط في الحالات التالية:

استلام منتج خاطئ يختلف عن طلبك.

وجود ضرر واضح في المنتج عند الاستلام (مثل تلف في العبوة أو فساد في المنتج).

انتهاء صلاحية المنتج عند الاستلام.

🕑 مدة تقديم الطلب:

يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب عبر:

البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي.

أو خدمة العملاء عبر الهاتف أو الواتساب.

📦 متطلبات المعالجة:

تزويدنا برقم الطلب وصورة توضيحية للمنتج المتضرر أو الخطأ.

الحفاظ على المنتج في حالته الأصلية دون فتح أو استخدام مفرط.
