يُسمح بطلب استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ فقط في الحالات التالية:

استلام منتج خاطئ يختلف عن طلبك.

وجود ضرر واضح في المنتج عند الاستلام (مثل تلف في العبوة أو فساد في المنتج).

انتهاء صلاحية المنتج عند الاستلام.

🕑 مدة تقديم الطلب:

يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب عبر:

أو خدمة العملاء عبر الهاتف أو الواتساب.

📦 متطلبات المعالجة:

تزويدنا برقم الطلب وصورة توضيحية للمنتج المتضرر أو الخطأ.

الحفاظ على المنتج في حالته الأصلية دون فتح أو استخدام مفرط.
